Phalanx publishes signals, performance data, and educational content. Nothing on this site or in any Phalanx product is personalized investment advice. We do not have a fiduciary relationship with subscribers. We are not a registered investment advisor for the purpose of providing personalized advice; the service is delivered uniformly to all subscribers under the publisher's exemption to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

No guarantee of performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading securities involves risk, including the risk of substantial loss. Hypothetical or illustrative performance has inherent limitations and may not reflect what actual trading would produce. The leaderboard reflects historical signal outcomes from a single account; your results will differ based on execution, timing, slippage, taxes, and your own decisions.

You execute, you decide

Phalanx Signal and Phalanx Personal do not place trades on your behalf. Phalanx [Nerd Mode] and Phalanx Enterprise execute only on accounts you control with credentials you provide. Every trade is your decision and your responsibility.

Subscription terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. See our refund policy.
• We may discontinue a tier with 30 days' notice; in that case any prepaid period is refunded pro-rata.

Acceptable use

• Phalanx accounts are for the named subscriber. Do not share Discord access, API keys, or account credentials with others.
• Do not redistribute Phalanx signals, content, or data to third parties without explicit written permission.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Phalanx software.
• Do not use Phalanx to violate securities laws or any applicable regulation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arclight LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Phalanx is limited to the amount you paid Phalanx in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses you incur, lost profits, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Orange County, Florida.
