Who we are

Phalanx is a product of Arclight LLC, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Contact: ship@arclight-ai.com.

What we collect

• Email addresses when you join a waitlist or contact us. Used to communicate about the product you signed up for.
• Account information for paid subscribers — email, billing details (handled by Stripe), Discord username for delivery channels.
• Anonymous analytics on public pages (page views, referrer, approximate location). No cookies are set without your consent. No third-party trackers.

What we don't collect

• Your brokerage credentials. Phalanx never asks for your broker login, API keys, or account numbers.
• Your trading history, holdings, or portfolio. Phalanx Signal provides a one-way data feed — we don't see what you do with it.
• Your identity beyond what's required to deliver the product (email + Discord username for the Pro Feed tier).

How we use your data

Strictly to deliver the product you subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use customer data to train models.

Third-party processors

• Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Discord delivers signal feeds. See Discord's privacy policy.
• Microsoft Azure hosts the website infrastructure. Standard server logs are retained briefly for security.
• Postmark / Resend sends transactional and digest email.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, by emailing ship@arclight-ai.com. We respond within 30 days.

Updates

If we change this policy materially, we will email subscribers and post a dated update here.
