Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee on every paid subscription.
The short version
If you subscribe and decide Phalanx isn't for you within the first 14 days, email support@arclight-ai.com or message us in Discord and we will refund your most recent subscription payment in full. No questions, no hoops.
What's covered
- All Phalanx subscription tiers: Phalanx, Phalanx [Nerd Mode], and Phalanx Signal.
- Monthly and annual billing. For annual plans, the 14-day window begins on the date of first payment.
- First payment only. Renewals are not refundable — you can cancel before the next renewal from your account or by emailing us.
How to request a refund
- Email support@arclight-ai.com within 14 days of your first payment.
- Include the email address you subscribed with. That's all we need.
- We process refunds within 1 business day. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain full access through the period you've paid for.
Exception: if we experience a material service outage lasting more than 24 hours in a given billing period, we will credit or refund that period on request.
